By enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not enroll in or participate in any of our courses.

2. Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Enrollment Process

  • To enroll in any course, you must complete the registration form and pay the course fees as outlined on our website or as provided by our sales representatives.
  • Upon successful payment and confirmation of your enrollment, you will receive an email with course details, start dates, and further instructions.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed with Linguocommerce Ltd.
  • Payments can be made through the methods provided on our website or via an invoice if agreed upon during enrollment.
  • Failure to pay the course fees on time may result in your enrollment being canceled.

2.3 Payment Plans

  • Linguocommerce Ltd may offer payment plans for certain courses. These payment plans must be agreed upon in writing and all payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
  • If a payment under a payment plan is missed, Linguocommerce Ltd reserves the right to cancel your enrollment or charge additional fees for late payment.

3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawals

3.1 Cancellation by You

  • You may cancel your enrollment in a course under the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy for details on the timing and amount of any refunds.

3.2 Cancellation by Us

  • Linguocommerce Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer to another course without penalty.

3.3 Withdrawal from Course

  • If you withdraw from a course after it has started, you may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy. In certain cases, a course credit may be issued, at the discretion of Linguocommerce Ltd.

4. Course Participation and Conduct

4.1 Attendance and Participation

  • You are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate. Missing classes may affect your progress, and make-up sessions are only available under the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
  • Linguocommerce Ltd reserves the right to remove any student from a course if their behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4.2 Learning Materials

  • Any materials provided as part of the course, including but not limited to workbooks, handouts, videos, and online resources, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without the express written consent of Linguocommerce Ltd.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability

  • While Linguocommerce Ltd strives to provide high-quality language instruction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or language proficiency levels as results may vary from student to student.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Linguocommerce Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any failure to achieve specific language proficiency.

5.2 Technical Issues

  • Linguocommerce Ltd shall not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may arise during online courses, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues or platform downtime.
  • In the event of a significant disruption that affects course delivery, Linguocommerce Ltd will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected classes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Linguocommerce Ltd, including but not limited to course materials, text, images, logos, and other media, are the intellectual property of Linguocommerce Ltd. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Linguocommerce Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. By enrolling in a course, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Linguocommerce Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and will apply to future enrollments. By continuing to participate in a course after changes to the Terms and Conditions are communicated, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
