2. Enrollment and Payment

3.3 Withdrawal from Course

  • If you withdraw from a course after it has started, you may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy. In certain cases, a course credit may be issued, at the discretion of Linguocommerce Ltd.

4. Course Participation and Conduct

  • You are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate. Missing classes may affect your progress, and make-up sessions are only available under the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
  • Linguocommerce Ltd reserves the right to remove any student from a course if their behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4.2 Learning Materials

  • Any materials provided as part of the course, including but not limited to workbooks, handouts, videos, and online resources, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without the express written consent of Linguocommerce Ltd.

5. Liability

  • While Linguocommerce Ltd strives to provide high-quality language instruction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or language proficiency levels as results may vary from student to student.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Linguocommerce Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any failure to achieve specific language proficiency.

5.2 Technical Issues

  • Linguocommerce Ltd shall not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may arise during online courses, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues or platform downtime.
  • In the event of a significant disruption that affects course delivery, Linguocommerce Ltd will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected classes.

All content and materials provided by Linguocommerce Ltd, including but not limited to course materials, text, images, logos, and other media, are the intellectual property of Linguocommerce Ltd. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
