• At Polyglot Language Academy, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our small group classes and the personalized attention we offer to each student.
  • 1. Cancellation of Enrollment
  • You may cancel your enrollment in any of our courses under the following conditions:
  • Before Course Start Date:
    • If you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
  • After Course Start Date:
    • If you cancel within the first 7 days after the course start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
    • If you cancel after 7 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued.
  • 2. Withdrawal During the Course
  • If you decide to withdraw from the course after the first week, no refunds will be issued. However, you may request a course credit that can be applied to a future course within 6 months of the withdrawal date. Requests for course credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3. Missed Classes
  • Our courses are designed to be highly interactive, so attending each class is essential to your success. However, we understand that life happens.
  • If you miss a class, you are welcome to request access to the class recording (if applicable) or arrange for a make-up session with your instructor (additional fees may apply).
  • Make-up sessions must be scheduled within 7 days of the missed class, subject to availability.
  • 4. Course Cancellation by Us
  • In the unlikely event that Polyglot Language Academy cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances:
  • You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another course without any penalty.
  • 5. Exceptional Circumstances
  • We understand that unexpected events such as medical emergencies or family situations may arise. In such cases, we will consider refunds or course credits on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team with the relevant details.
